Project development
The Complex ProjectBioeconomic approach to antimicrobial agents - use and resistance, with the acronym Bio-AMR, involves activities organized in three stages, conducted by five research institutions and consists of five projects, as follows:
Project 1: Consolidation of the knowledge base and evidence by monitoring the consumption and screening of sensitivity to antimicrobial products
Project 2: An economic approach to bacterial resistance to antimicrobial agents
Project 3: Optimization of the use of antimicrobial preparations in the animal system
Project 4: Sensitivity and resistance of bacteria associated with antimicrobial agents in food, feed and environment
Project 5: Analysis of the network of resistance to antimicrobial agents: identification of critical nodes (HUBs) and cost-benefit analysis of the use, microbial resistance and diagnostic methods
The activities of the project “Bioeconomic approach of antimicrobial agents – usage and resistance” will be developed in three phases:
Monitoring the use and resistance to antimicrobial preparations
Bioeconomics of use and resistance to antimicrobials agents Ist.
Bioeconomics of use and resistance to antimicrobial drugs II.
